Rental Terms & Conditions
Payment
- Full payment (100%) required online at the time of booking.
- $500 security deposit per Seadoo, payable on site on the day of rental.
- Taxes included in displayed prices.
- When paying by credit card, a valid ID matching the card name must be presented.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the reservation date.
- No refund after that deadline. Only a date change is allowed, subject to availability.
- In case of dangerous weather conditions, JETX may reschedule the reservation to a later date at its discretion.
Rental rules
- All Seadoo operators must be at least 21 years old and present a valid driver's license.
- You must arrive at least 30 minutes early for the safety briefing and contract signing.
- Late arrival may result in postponement or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
- A rental contract must be signed before each departure.
- JETX reserves the right to refuse any client who poses a risk regarding their abilities, aptitude, or shows signs of impaired faculties.

- Life jacket.
- Safety equipment.
- Safety briefing before departure.
Not included
- Gas.
- Insurance.
Liability
- JETX is not responsible for any fines or penalties issued by provincial, federal, or municipal authorities.
- JETX is not responsible for personal items placed in the watercraft or on the dock that may break or get lost.
- JETX is not responsible for injuries or death resulting from the use of our equipment.
- In case of damage and/or accident, the client will receive an assessment of repair and/or replacement costs in the days following the event. JETX will hold the security deposit until the assessment is completed.
- JETX reserves the right to keep the security deposit if rules are not followed.
